2026 Rolling Forest Swim Team

The Rolling Forest Tidal Waves, established in 1982, is part of the Northern Virginia Swimming League (NVSL), participating in Division 12 this year. Our team focuses on developing good stroke techniques, team camaraderie, sportsmanship, and fun!
We welcome children ages 6 to 18 to join the team. Swimmers of all ages and abilities are encouraged to give the team a try. Swimmers who are unsure if they want to join the Tidal Waves may attend practices until June 2nd before registering. Just let the coaches and team reps know you are at practice to check out the team.
Children ages 4 to 7 are encouraged to join The Ripples, our developmental swim program.
All members of the swim team must be in good standing with a Family Membership at the Rolling Forest Pool. This is a requirement of the NVSL. Pool memberships are verified with the Pool Board as team registration forms are received.

Can't Make it to the Informational Meeting?
If you are unable to make our Informational Meeting on May 11th but would like to purchase a team swimsuit, you can visit Sport Fair in Arlington to purchase it. Just let them know you are with the Rolling Forest Tidal Waves!
